Finally got around to visiting Blank Slate Tea in midtown, an adorable modern tea bar and all-day cafe that I enjoyed! Admittedly, it is kind of small in terms of seating and probably best for parties no larger than 4, and if you’re going for a tea set (they’ve technically discontinued afternoon tea service), so what you should order is the tea tier, which comes with: a selection of mini-sandwiches, avocado toast, pink hummus toast, macarons, strawberries, and brownies. I thought it was pretty interesting on how they decided to replace traditional scones with avocado and hummus toast instead, though admittedly I preferred the savories. If you’re in the mood for a slightly out-of-the-box twist on your traditional afternoon tea, the Blank Slate Tea and their tea tier is where you should be and try.Â

From my trip to Clockwork Rose Tea Emporium in Beaverton, Oregon
I made it back to Lovejoy's tearoom in Portland, Oregon! The newest tea house in the area! They are soo good you guys, if you are around - check them out! Great tea and sandwich selection, warm scones, delicious crumpets, tasty tea desserts, and at a great price!

Neverland Tea Salon in Vancouver B.C.-- January 7th, 2018
Great tea selection, perfectly brewed tea, delicious sweets, scones and sandwiches. And bottomless tea! What more could you ask for? Cute Peter Pan decor and quotes on the walls, and great service! We bought some Peach oolong to take home.
