- okay so Jude thinking about getting rid of the compass necklace that Alban gave him because he began to realize that maybe the children’s league never cared for him and he should cut off that part of his life. 

- but at the same time if he doesn't have the necklace tethering him to anyone than he’ll feel lost and have no sense of self/purpose, he’ll feel alone by cutting of a tie he’s been holding onto for so long

- Ruby see’s him moping around the place, wistfully looking at the necklace and than at a garbage

- she knows how hard it is to loose a part of your past and be forced to move on to open water, you’ll feel hopeless and empty, so she asks Liam to get something the next time he goes out on a supply hit 

-Ruby sits next to Jude and with a deep breath said 

-"I know the league was a big part of your life, and I'm not trying to take that away from you. Those memories are important and they belong to you. At the same time you owe them nothing. Not even a hint of acknowledgement if you don't want to give it to them. You’ve moved on with that part of yourself. That place. You lost all the solid ground you were standing on,” she reached over and unclasped the thin piece of leather keeping the compass around him, while pulling a smaller, sunflower pendant necklace from her pocket. “I’d rather you wear this. To start a new chapter, with new people who can care for you and want you. I’m sorry for pushing you away before, but I want you to know that you’re safe here, with Vida, with me. With whatever the future will throw at us.” she slips his necklace around her neck, “This isn't Alban’s, he doesn't deserve to have this worn by you. So instead, think of it as yours. So I can always find you, and keep you close.” She stands up and pats his head affectionally before going to sit down with Liam and the others.

Vida looks at Ruby in shook, after a moment she gets out “Boo... that was really sweet. Thank you.”

“Ya well”, Ruby looks down at her new necklace, its arrow pointing left, towards Jude, “I’ll tease him later, wouldn't want him to get the wrong idea”. a small smile plays on her lips.

TDM Week - Day 6

Best Scene: Liam and Ruby’s argument right before and after Ruby gave Liam his memory back (NF)

“I’m… It’s—it’s like torture.” His voice was strained, hardly even a whisper. “I think I’m losing it—I don’t know what’s happening, what happened, but I look at you, I look at you, and I love you so much. Not because of anything you’ve said, or done, or anything at all. I look at you, and I just love you, and it terrifies me. It terrifies me what I would do for you. Please…you have to tell me…tell me I’m not crazy. Please just look at me.”

“Dammit—I wanted you!” Liam seized my arms, his fingers tightening like he could make me understand his pain that way. “More than anything! And you just…crashed through my mind and sealed everything away, like you had the right to, like I didn’t need you. What kills me is that I trusted you—I was so sure you knew that. I would have been okay, because you would have been there with me!”
