Tulsa has a seed library! My mother in law, my partner and I visited Johanna Burton who works at the public library and runs the program. The seed packets have barcodes because you can use your library card to check them out! They include info on saving seeds and encourage but do not require folks to return seeds at the end of the year. Gardeners also donate their homegrown seeds, such as this Green Cotton.
