When do you think season 4 will start filming? I'm worried about Nikohl getting another project.
Hard to say. It takes the writers roughly about 3 months to write enough episodes to start filming while they’re writing out the rest of the season. Since they got renewed very early on. It’s possible for them to start filming in July like they did for season 3. Nikohl’s independent movie is filming now and will likely be done if TBT starts filming in July. Now it’s also possible they’ll wait until feb to start filming if TBT moves back to a summer slot but the early renewal makes me think they’re keeping them in the spring and a summer filming schedule.Â
So I know I’m not tripping, but in that gif of Kat and Adena first walking into the bar and Kat wraps her arm around Adena, Kat definitely slaps her butt right before. Please tell me you see this too! 😂

i think i have a different take on the "i love you" scene. Contrary to what the fandom thinks, i dont think it was felt rushed at all. Kat rushing back to say it, was just a testament to her character and the humor she poked even with a teary eyed Adena was classic Kat all the way. For the longest we knew this was coming, infact most people guess Kat would say it first, her answering right back just showed it was something she had wanted to say for the longest... Adena just gave her the opening
oh no, i think having the ILYs in 204 weren’t too early the way they built up to it. Kadena were clearly on their way to saying it to each other from the beginning of the season. Kat cracking a joke was also in character as was the hug instead of the kiss. I just think the editing of the scene end was wonky after such a big build up from adena at the beginning. Think of how they set up the 104 kadena scene. That pacing was nice. You got the nice build up and then you got the pay off at the end with the i like you and kiss. I think the ILYs deserved a bit more of kadena lingering in that moment before breaking it up with kat’s joke. And really it’s not just this episode where the editing has been wonky. They seem to start the episodes slow and jam a bunch of stuff at the end. The pacing is just a bit off i think.Â
Wasn’t this season supposed to end on a happy note? Like from the emojis we were given the angst and questioning was supposed to end in happiness
it was happy for suttard and janestripe fans and again, i think the kadena ending was supposed to be more hopeful but it looks like they rewrote and reshot it in July based on aisha’s hairstyle before starting on season 3 which could explain nikohl hinting at a positive end in some of the pre-season interviews.
Did The Bold Type and Aisha congratulate Nikohl? They did last year, right?
Aisha hasn’t been on social media for the past 5 days which she’s been known to do in the past. This is probably why she hasn’t posted anything on SM. I’m assuming they all have nikohl’s number and greeted her happy birthday in private.Â
The Bold Type SM accounts did not post anything either but then again they’ve only really done a happy birthday post for the main 3 and melora.Â
