All proceeds from the sale of these paintings will go to TBDA (Tick-Borne Disease Alliance) to help with research and treatment of Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses.
The top donor this weekend will receive a custom commission, either oil or acrylic, from me. The painting's subject is your choice. When it's finished it will be mailed to you, so for the sake of easy shipping, painting size will be limited to no larger than 16x20.
As paintings are sold, the captions will be updated, so act fast if you'd like one! Thanks for supporting the cause!
It's time, once again, to come together with the Wolf Pack and raise money for Lyme research!
Click here to go to our YouCaring page. This year's charity stream is our third, with previous streams in 2013 and 2014 having raised $109.45 and$1559.79, respectively. 2015's goal is $2000, and with your help, we're confident we can do it! Our stream is taking place from May 16-17, 2015 on Twitch. We'll be joined by a wonderful group of streamers, including Twitch partners and casual players, both new and seasoned with Wolf Pack Gaming's fundraising efforts. We have a Tumblr where information will be posted as it develops before, during, and after the stream (this is where the final donation total will be shown, as with the images above). We're very lucky to be partnered with TBDA for this stream, with the help of John Donnally, the social media liaison for the Tick-Borne Disease Alliance. For more information on Tick-Borne Disease Alliance, visit the following link: http://tbdalliance.org/ For more information on Lyme Research Association, visit the following link:http://www.lymeresearchalliance.org/ If you have any questions about Lyme disease, information can be found at both of those sites. Why Lyme disease?: One of Wolf Pack Gaming's founders, Bonnie (squeakyb to gamer friends) was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2011, after years of health problems attributed to everything from asthma to hormones, and even bipolar disorder. She underwent 18 months of antibiotic therapy, had a hysterectomy due to irreparable damage to her abdominal organs, and is still suffering the neurological effects of a chronic Lyme infection (most recently, she is undergoing extensive testing for multiple sclerosis). She goes out of her way to raise awareness and educate those she meets about Lyme, and decided in 2012 to hold an 8-hour stream for TBDA. Wolf Pack Gaming was born shortly thereafter, when Bonnie and her friend Matt (mattzz2) decided, along with a group of friends, to begin regularly streaming for the benefit of others. Lyme disease awareness, however, is the one constant. If you're interested in joining Wolf Pack Gaming as a streamer, you can find a form here. Follow @GamersWolfPack, @TBDAlliance, and @LymeResearch, or simply follow the #WolvesAgainstLyme hashtag for updates about the stream, including announcements for game giveaways and other contests!

TBDA Confirmation Letter - We CAN Make a Difference
A reminder that we DO make a difference here at Wolf Pack Gaming.
My scanner is not working, so please forgive the grainy photo - the only information I blacked out was personal/identifying information. The rest is untouched.
Thank you, everyone, for your help in making that charity stream a success.
If you'd like to help make our Trevor Project charity drive even half of the success the TBDA, please donate here.
Today is the last day. 4 hours. I believe we can raise a bit more than $550 - even if we only make it to $600.
Thank you, everyone, for all you do! We literally could not do this without your help, and while this charity was a bit scattered, I'm still proud of what we do, and what we've accomplished.
Tick-Borne Disease Alliance Post-Mortem
Sorry to have such a formal title, but that's what this is - it's the list of streamers and helpers who made the TBDA #WolvesAgainstLyme stream a success, our mission statement, and our purpose.
Our Lyme Awareness stream was planned for May, as that's Lyme Disease Awareness Month. Planning began in March, and our schedule (originally with 16 slots, 3 hours each) filled quickly with volunteers. Many people asked how they could help, and without that enthusiasm and that willingness to contribute, this event would have never happened. I spearheaded the planning, but with my chronic illness and my recovery from a major surgery still occurring, the help of my friends and streaming peers was invaluable.
We extended the marathon from 48 hours to 72 hours due to the overwhelming interest, opening up 8 more streaming slots. These also filled quickly.
The streamers who signed up over the course of the 72-hour stream were as follows (all of these usernames are either as they're known on Twitch.tv or on hitbox.tv - if they've chosen through social media to reveal their first names, I've listed them in parentheses):

*There are some streamers who, for some reason, were unable to make their time slot, whether it was due to a situation change, illness, or a hardware issue. Hanan, Joe (Parlock), and I were the folks who subbed for those unable to make it, in most cases.
**These streamers were part of the "after-party," a continuation of the stream in which donations were not solicited.
MattzzNether/Mattzz2, of course, was present in chat as an admin. AlexxAplin was present to help with giveaways, as was Kircala and a number of users who were trusted to keep up with an extensive list of game codes that were donated by Indie Game Magazine (and Vinny Parisi, in particular, who was the Editor-in-Chief only, at that time, and is now additionally co-owner of the magazine).
Hitbox.tv was kind enough to host this event for us, and with the cooperation of dansen (an admin of hitbox), our channel was given temporary partnership in order to help get advertising revenue to add to our donation. Unfortunately, the ad revenue was not sufficient to make any sort of contribution, so hitbox decided to donate in order to round us out to $1500 (pre-Paypal-fee) in total donations.
I've outlined the issues we had with donation in the previous entry, so I won't recap that, here, but needless to say, a lot of man hours went into the planning and execution of this event, and every single person involved was vital to the success of the stream.
Wolf Pack Gaming's motto is "dedicated to the good of our world-wide pack!"
Our pack includes a variety of people from all walks of life. Race, sexuality, gender, and religion don't matter. We are all humans, we are all fallible, and at some point or another, all of us will need help.
The Wolf Pack will continue to raise as much money as we can for as many different types of people as we can, for as long as we can.
I, Bonnie/Squeakyb, would like to personally thank TBDA for their advocacy for Lyme disease sufferers, and the continued efforts to make us all heard by those who can help us. I would also like to personally thank John Donnally for reaching out to us regarding the acknowledgement of Wolf Pack Gaming's hard work, and the opportunity to work with TBDA more closely next year.
And again, thank you to all of the members of Wolf Pack Gaming for their amazing presence in our fight to make sure others know they're cared for.
