#TBT @masonjennings and @chrisjmorrissey warming up backstage at 'Canes in San Diego circa 2002/03. I first heard Masons music in one of my all time favorite surf movies called Shelter by @taylorsteele. This was the first time I photographed Mason. I've worked with him on and off over the years. He's still creating amazing music as is Chris. The opening act for this show was a guy by the name of Colin Meloy. Yes that Colin Meloy of @thedecemberists. I got three crappy photos of him.
