Ingredients: 4 sparerib patties. 4 burger buns. 4 tablespoons Thai chilli paste. 1 cup pickled bell peppers. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sliced red onion. 4 slices pepper jack cheese.
Instructions: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill sparerib patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Toast burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes. Spread Thai chilli paste on the bottom half of each bun. Place grilled sparerib patties on top of the chilli paste. Top each patty with a slice of pepper jack cheese.
