This recipe for sweet and spicy shrimp spaghetti is a great way to change up your usual pasta night. Ingredients: 300g spaghetti. 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 onion, finely chopped. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the smell is nice. It will take about two to three minutes on each side to cook the shrimp until they are pink and fully cooked. Add the slices of red bell pepper and stir them in. Cook for two more minutes. Put soy sauce, honey, and sriracha sauce in a small bowl and mix them together. Combine the sauces and add them to the pan with the vegetables and shrimp. Mix things together well. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the pan with the sauce until it is covered evenly. Add pepper and salt to taste. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley. Take a bite of your sweet and spicy shrimp spaghetti.
