Easter Egg Surprise Cake

I need to make these

2 navel oranges (apprx 375g) 6 eggs 200g almond meal 250g caster sugar 60g cocoa 1/2 tspn bicarb 1 tsn baking powder Boil oranges, covered in water for 2 hours or until soft. I microwaved mine with water for 15 minutes, turned over and again for another 15 minutes. Once cooked, leave to cool. Cut in large pieces and blitz in the food processor skin, pith and all - completely whole, until finely chopped. Combine eggs and caster sugar well in a large mixing bowl. Add almond meal & cocoa alternatively. Finally add bicarb, baking powder & oranges. This should form a thick batter.  Bake in a 20cm spring loaded cake tin at 180 for 1 hr & 10mins, or until skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool in the tin on a cake rack.
