For sure, in Arigale series it's tartons. Literally demonized, from their brute strength and speed to how they look so different, even from one another. Some have smaller or differently shaped horns. Some have long tails, though I made Chit's a bit obscene in length cause I like that lol. Some are shorter or thinner tails. They come in all colors of the rainbow with their skin and hair. Tartons are said in Arigale to have been strong, deadly beast-like people without the same level of reasoning and culture as the others about. They were the first to be attacked and their numbers dwindled down in Arigale history, but Chit lives as someone who must have escaped the bloodshed long ago hiding at the edges of the world dropped him off at the footsteps of they very church committing the atrocities, but knowing a woman named Chinea often took in the disenfranchised. She ends up raising Chit after the god leading the church says its a good idea. She's suspicious, but it's better than an infant being discarded, so she agrees and raises him with so much love as if he were her own. At least, until he' a young boy and is taken to the other side of the church way from her to train in combat and records and law enforcement like the other boys against his will.
