conversation with my dad while filling out job applications:
Dad - can you tell me a time when you used creative decision making to solve a problem
Me - I don't think i've ever made a single creative decision in my life
Dad - that's not true, what about that time you (scenario that perfectly fits the prompt)
Me - I mean i guess it could work,but idk it's a bit of a stretch
Dad - I know damn well that you've done all these things so why are you saying you haven't
Me - well getting increasingly labeled inadequate for 5 years of your life tends to mess up the whole self esteem and worth and image issues so take it up with the academic expectations form my old school.
