I hope everything is going well at home, and that you mom is letting you go down the career path you want to. What matters most is that you are happy with your own life. You can't live to please everyone but yourself, that's the quickest way to burn yourself out; to make you lose interest in what you do because there is no passion. If you find something you love, why not make a living out of it? So what if being a dancer is a hard job, if you love it, it doesnt matter. And there are other things you could do with dancing. You could do dance therapy where you work with special needs kids, or recovering kids and teens. Or you could start your own dance studio! The possibilities are endless, you just need to think a lil bit outside the box.
