First things first stay consistent! I'm not meaning every day because yk who has time for that. I mean at least 3 days a week tan for a few hours.

Have a good oil. I recommend Hawaiian Tropic. I like the spray one because it feels a little less oily and more like water, but it does so well!

WEAR SPF!!!! I cannot stress this enough. No it will not effect your tan, your'e just going to burn without out. I like spray sunscreen because it's easy and fast to apply without having to worry about someone getting your back for you. I recommend SunBum because that's my personal fav! Just make sure you're reapplying throughout the day.

Take breaks. It can be exhausting sitting in the sun for hours. Just go inside for a minute, eat a snack, drink some water. If you have a pool I recommend taking a lil swim break:)
