You know how women get on the same menstrual cycle when they live with each other?Well a similar thing happens with guys who are roommates, as regards another cycle - the peeing in public restrooms cycle. This is most clearly put into relief when these men attend a large event together, one in which they will separate immediately upon arriving. We will stay disappeared from each other for hours, and yet every time one of us goes to the bathroom to piss, we will inevitably find the other in there, having just arrived and begun peeing in a public restroom. The name for this phenomenon is tankage, or takanga in Japanese.
