The pink one is Serai and the blue is Chaos

They're both angels but in their world if you're a bad human you get reincarnated and its basically a restart button the heavens and guardians decide

Serai was tasked to watch over this boy named Vance who has lots of heart and breathing issues and has been stuck in a hospital for two years.

Chaos is more of a 'bad' angel who smokes (but hides it from the heavens and archangels) and ends up following Serai down to earth—which he also shouldn't be doing— and ends up growing attached to Vance
