I will chew the gum when I get the gum or when I am given the gum...

and would, instead of debating and such, like to make a list....

Reasons why I get up each morning:

To go to school-to expand the my knowledge and understanding of the world

To ease the lives of others so I can sleep more soundly at night knowing I have done well

To eat goldfish-handfulls at a time

To spend time with the people who make me happy that I have time to spend

To laugh and love unconditionally until my sides and heart ache

To breathe in all of the oxygen that plants so generously spend their time and energy to produce

To keep the balance of everything, you know, balanced

To make sure that I make my parents proud

To gracously use the gifts, talents, abilites and reasources I have been blessed with

To watch Full House re-runs

To hear the birds chirp and watch the sun rise

To be able to be concous, feel myself, this wonderful human being I have created within beautiful skin of a person, and know that I truely am alive, here, and able to be 

And last but not least, to pee, usually I get up to pee

Or eat
