In general.

Little Tohru is still the same age he was when I started this blog in 2014 (if he aged normally he would be around 13 years old by now) this is in regard to how his body is time-locked to his own time frame which would become corrupted if he were to return many years older than what he originally was. In the event that he ultimately chooses to stay within the present time-line for good; he would start to age at a normal rate...but his old reality in his old time-frame would no longer exist. 

I am still debating whether or not to give Tohru-kun his very own persona. The name of it has been decided (for a long time now) and the design has ‘sort of’ been finalized, but the real question is whether Tohru would be able to control it, let alone cope with the exertion it would have on his psyche. 

I’ve mentioned this before, but Toko is only related to this particular Tohru by blood within the reality they came from, she isn’t blood related to the other Adachi’s (Textdachi included) as they came from different realities and possibly have different parents. The only time she’s not related to this particular Tohru; is the Starless Night AU. 

For the Starless Night AU.

In the original idea for the AU, Tohru-kun was originally going to be 19 years old...so he would of practically been a freshman in college/university. But if that was the case, he would of probably stayed at the campus lodgings which would of defeated the idea of him moving around with his big brother. So I reduced his age by a few years, that way he could still be dependant on Tooru, with the two of them living under one roof; while also having that freedom to try and become more independant (and get himself into the kind of supernatural phenomena that we can only expect within the world of Persona) 

His eventual fate is something I’m STILL wondering about...initially he was going to end up falling into the pathway of a train while suffering from a serious bout of Apathy syndrome; but an unnamed character already had that fate. Tohru-kun would still get Apathy syndrome...but I have to confess that I honestly don’t know how to go about playing a character afflicted by that, I’ve tried before but I worry it wasn’t right. It’s mentioned that those afflicted with the syndrome can barely talk or do anything...but then there are those in the game that will moan or cry out for help and in the case of the aforementioned guy who fell into the path of an incoming train, could also walk ; so their ability to walk and talk could not of been taken away completely O.o;;
