She called me to remind me to take lunch and i broke down crying bc a resident yelled at me and she immediately rushed back to the property, gave me an extended lunch so i could collect myself and still have time to eat and rest, had a talk with me and emphasized that even if i made a mistake the way i was being talked to was not justified and didnt make me feel bad for crying at work. And shes gonna go off on that guy for the way he treated me bc "its one thing to talk to me like that but you will NOT talk to my team like that" 😭😭😭😭
