hey, i’m the anon who pointed out the ‘scarlet red dress’. it’s in jaemin’s paris fic. i’m aware you weren’t referring to the colour of the skin, but dark red usually doesn’t go well with some shades of darker skin. hope i clarified it for you:D
ahhh thank you for clarifying with me! I think it depends on the dress though! I’m a fashion major in university and I’ve been studying color analysis and stylist/ clientele dialogue and surprisingly, burgundy/ crimson fabrics like tulle and silk go well with dark skin tones! (I’m on the darker side as well) but this is all up to opinion. I will be much more mindful for the future thank you for telling me!
