I messed up and it caused my boyfriend (ex?) to break up with me yesterday. no chance of us getting back together. im destroyed because of it, and I'm hurting and I'm sad but I feel like I don't have a right to be this way because I'm the one who fucked up and hurt him. advice on how to perhaps forgive myself and get over the break up?
okay first of all let go of the past but learn from your mistake - don’t ever do something like that in a relationship again (whatever you did) xx and be less harsh on yourself it’s perfectly fine to feel sad and hurt bc he went his own extreme as well :) remember that you’re a perfectly strong girl who deserves the best of things, and if he broke up w/ you maybe you’re destined for someone way better (i promise there will be oneeee)

I had plastic surgery on my scars for Christmas last year. please don't cut. I promise you there are alternatives. one thing I tried and found really helpful was pressing frozen peas to my chest. hurt like a mother fucker but I could control it 100% and no scarring. but I still got the pain and the release like with cutting. message me if you ever need someone <3
