Permit Fishing - Tailing Permit

My personal preference for fishing permit is at the end of the day on an mid to nearly flooded incoming tide especially if waters are slicked off calm. Most guides, recreational fisherman, pleasure boaters, jet skiers and divers have gone in for the day and literally you can have the ocean to yourself if you fish the 3-four hours before sunset. I've caught most of my permit at this time of day. With the coming summer months starting in May and through September conditions for late afternoon permit fishing where calm waters prevail couldn't be better.
