The buildings were so incredibly tall, and the sky so genuinely blue, that Chihiro had a hard time distinguishing reality from potential imprisonment. With everything so tall and far away, to have the city under some kind of dome would be not impossible, but improbable. Looking straight up at the sky on a densely populated train station platform was probably not their best idea.
It was when they felt the hem of their skirt jostle, that the programmer stood stock still and gasped. Immediately twisting around and flattening the back of their skirt with a small hand, they looked back to see... A tail. A large, swishing talk that was likely the source of the accidental rustling, which had the programmers eyes wide, cheeks stained pink.

Hearing Ojiro speak those words, he began to reflect on the exact meaning of those words. He knew it to be a creed toward the students of that academy. He knew it to be the phrase that those kids looked up to just like their heroes, especially. Plus Ultra ... To go beyond. To go beyond one’s limits and tap into that hidden power. What could he possibly do in a situation like this? His chakra was nearly exhausted at this point or so he felt it. His body’s limitations was at its peak, and he knew his body never truly recovered from illness. These artificial humans were too much even for the Uchiha. Amaterasu could burn away one, but he did not have enough reserves in him for all of them. What else could he possibly do...?
Eyes stared up at some of the beings flying and the red hues would then glance around at the others on ground. Everyone was doing their best, yet he sat there trying to think of something ... anything. What could he possibly do? To defeat creatures that could regenerate so fast? It was beyond his power right now. He couldn’t kill them, and his illusions seemed to be useless against them. He couldn’t stop them, and he couldn’t kill them. Were those his only options?

“To go beyond one’s limits ...” he muttered as he began to stand himself up. If he was to be looked up to as a hero, he needed to stand tall. Ojiro believed in him which meant that Itachi could not just allow himself or anyone else to fall. “A shinobi... A nameless face that protects from within its own shadows. That is what a shinobi is, and that is the life I’ve always lived in. So... What then is a hero?” He asked mostly himself as he thought more on this. Right ...
“A hero ... is someone that is recognized as such through any action may it be little or big. To be recognized as a hero means that you’re recognized for your duties that you, yourself, have chosen. It is the exact opposite of what I am, so maybe I need to not be who I am. Perhaps I need to go further beyond...” he spoke out with an orange flare of chakra emitting from his body that would continue to grow forth. Red hues formed the Mangkeyou Sharingan as Itachi stood his ground.
“To go beyond with the will of fire that burns within... To protect all that I cherish in this life, to protect those that look up to me, to protect the innocent lives I vowed to watch over, and to create that future to help guide the future heroes tomorrow...!” And that burning orange flare would expand outward as a deity began to take form around the Uchiha and even carry him up to where he was eventually placed in a jewel along the forehead of the deity that towered above all.
“And with the Totsuka Blade, it is the one way to finish this once and for all... To go beyond, Plus Ultra... Right? Let’s go... Susano’o!” He spoke with the very sword forming in the right hand of the being, a broadsword formed in place. A battle that would see beings disappearing into the blade upon being impaled by it. Before long, the battle would end with the Susano’o fading and the Uchiha slowly drifting to the ground and barely on his feet. Body torn from the technique, eyes strained to the point that his vision was nothing more than a blur at the time, and a chakra pool barely existing. So many reasons why he didn’t think about using such a technique was due to the effects. To go beyond... He had no choice, but the pay off seemed to be worth it.
“... May the Will of Fire continue to burn within all of you...” he muttered before his body would collapse, his own conscious fading.
“Is that tail...part of you?” The words are out of her mouth before she can stop them, and she promptly clamps her palm over it in embarrassment. “Sorry! That was rude, wasn’t it? I’ve just never seen anything like it before.” She’d have thought that after all the kinds of pokemon she’d seen, a person with a tail would have been a non-issue.
