it was so nice being with you for almost 1 and a half year. thanks for the memories & our lots of firsts in nz ❤️ also grateful to our property manager for returning our bond 100% :D

appreciation post for our 1st home in Taupo 💕 (ft our 1st picture in this house)

i was browsing trade me for available rentals around Jan 2023 and I saw the post about this rental property.

i felt that it was meant to be - J & C went to view the property and we were accepted as the new tenants even we’re still in ph . we then started to rent the property month before we came to Nz . our rent back then is $320 / week and we were really lucky to found a rental in this price range (2 bedroom house, near to 3 bus stops, near to hospital, 5min drive to town/work)

we were hesitant at first to leave this property as we consider ourselves very lucky to have found this place + budget friendly…

but deep inside we know that in order for us to receive more blessings/ experience our nz life to the fullest we need to let this property go..
