i made a casting picspam years ago, but i no longer really dig it, so that's a question that will be more fully answered at some later date.
I DO KNOW that famine would be rufus sewell, war would be either famke janssen or christina hendricks, witchfinder shadwell would be brendan gleeson (with a beard all disheveled), the voice of DEATH would have to be sir christopher lee, and i think tom felton would be a pretty good pestilience. or maybe jamie campbell bower.
