A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE NYRAS FAMILY
The whole Nyras family has the genetic marker for Corpalis Syndrom. Some of them have it severe like Tachyus and Haral’s sister Laxin who died within ten years after the outbreak of the disease. They have the more aggressive version, that leaves them unable to move and forgetting things until they eventually die. This version also comes at a rather young age, given that Tachyus was 17 when it broke out and Laxin was 27.
Haral has the more harsh version but still gives him a slower course of the illness, he still forgets things and is unable to walk. In his case it can take up to 30 years before he eventually dies. It is very slow.
Marius has a milder form, where he might not forget things but eventually looses the ability to walk over time. It can be slow and gradually so people wouldn’t notice, and put it onto getting older.
Haral’s sister Myrean had the same version as her father, which would have caused her to be slightly forgetful if she had not died before hand.
Both of Haral’s children all got a more passive trait, which could break out but it might not be as severe as the ones that he or Tachyus has.
