Paul Emile Victor était un pionnier, le matériel que je vais utiliser et les moyens de communication ne sont plus du tout les mêmes ! ça va être beaucoup plus simple pour moi, mais je pense que je ressens la même excitation pour l’aventure !
Je partirai de France par avion le lundi 4 novembre pour l’île de la Réunion. D’après le site des TAAF, le Marion Dufresne appareille le 8 novembre. Il nous faudra 4 jours pour atteindre le district de Crozet. L’escale durera 4 jours. Entre Crozet et Kerguelen, 2 jours de navigation pour 6 jours d’escale. Il y a plus de monde à débarquer ! Puis entre Kerguelen et Amsterdam, 2 jours de voyage ! Je resterai donc sur le bateau pendant 16 jours. Cela fait presque un mois de voyage depuis la France...
Tout ce planning est susceptibles d’être modifié par les aléas météorologiques. En effet nous débarquerons par hélicoptère... donc s’il y a trop de brouillard, je ne pourrai pas débarquer sur les îles, la priorité est donnée aux personnes partant et arrivant sur l’île.
