Bent the drill bit that came with my Molly Kit for hanging wire on brick and mortar walls. Good thing I have my own that are concrete grade.

This is what a hurricane can do to cable lines. Drop was ripped/snapped off at house, and half the fitting broke off at the tap.

This is probably the prettiest house box I’ve ever done on an install. Too bad the lines inside the house were bad.

Oh the joy of Tap boxes in electrical rooms. It’s always a pain to find the cable for the room you are working in.

Here’s a call I don’t get too often. A bit of networking connecting the phone and alarm lines. Red to Blue, Green to Blue/White.

Here’s a Demarc I had to set up today. These are used for grounding the cable, preventing access current from passing thought to any devices and damaging them.

Basics of cable: This is an Line Tap. The cables hanging from it are called Drops. These lines run to your house providing cable TV and Internet from Cox and other cable companies.
