***MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING 'MARCH TO VICTORY'*** On March 20th, Evolve Wrestling will make their long-awaited debut in Brooklyn, NY, and in an act of love-spreading that would make Biggie proud, Tier 1 Wrestling has been invited to stand side by side with the WWNLive flagship to deliver an unforgettable evening of pro-wrestling. This deal has been brewing for a while, but as is the case with any major collaboration, there were i's to dot and t's to cross. Thankfully, the ink has dried, and the most exciting part is yet to come; match announcements! Do yourself a favor and stay tuned here and on dgusa.tv, because a dynamic doubleheader is going to take shape in the coming weeks, and you do not want to miss out on when tickets go on sale. The borough that's quickly evolving (pun intended) into a pro-wrestling mecca is going to get the lineup of a lifetime. Tickets for these shows will be sold separately. EVOLVE tickets are set to go on sale THIS MONDAY (2/1) at dgusa.tv, and Tier 1 tickets will be available soon. ICYMI: Two incredible bouts have already been announced, and they both involve the EVOLVE Champion, Timothy Thatcher. On 3/19 at EVOLVE 56, he'll defend his title against Matthew Riddle. On 3/20 at 'March to Victory', it'll be a non-title, first time EVER encounter between Thatcher and...former Ring of Honor World Champion 'Unbreakable' Michael Elgin. Here are the details. “I was never supposed to be in Tier 1 Wrestling. Somehow, this diamond in the rough was forgotten about when the talent was being scouted for the big debut event. For weeks, I heard the buzz. I saw many of my peers announced for this startup promotion, and it did nothing but frustrate me. I would wonder what I was missing. How was I failing to get noticed? It dawned on me that maybe I still had a lot to prove. Then again, they prominently featured the debut of ‘The Concrete Rose’ Sonny Kiss, who was discovered through a viral clip from MY match with him. So, naturally, I was OWED a spot on the roster, right? Thankfully, the universe has a way of sorting itself out. I found myself on the debut show making a huge impact. I was given an inch, and I took a mile. ‘Bonesaw’ Jessie Brooks was in the wrong place at the wrong time when we crossed paths, and so I set out to expose her for what she is, and run her off so that I could claim my rightful place on my throne at the top of Tier 1. Truth be told, the rivalry between Jessie Brooks and myself has nothing to do with gender, but everything to do with the competitive edge that exists in us both. It was never supposed to go this far, though. In my mind, the match with Jessie should’ve been a one-and-done. The plan was for me to beat her and move onto more worldly talent. Jessie, however, decided to keep fighting back, and so here we are. I’ve seen her pass me by as she won the No Limits championship over at Warriors of Wrestling, which is a company that I’ve been in longer than she has. Somehow, she captured a title that I always felt belonged to me. Then, on Tier 1′s second show, she and Alex Mason got the big win in an inter-gender tag match where I was paired up with the world’s most incompetent wrestler since Atticus Bolt; one Ashley America. At Tier 1′s third show, I had her beat after a hellacious match. It was a 1-2-3 guaranteed victory! Yet, there was no three count; the bell just rang. My hand wasn’t raised, and I wasn’t declared the winner. I basically spent my entire 2015 attempting to resolve petty differences with Sonny Kiss and Jessie Brooks. While I did also make my iPPV debut at an EVOLVE show earlier this year, it wasn’t enough. That’s why, in 2016, I NEED to defeat Jessie. I need it more than anyone could imagine. She’s a fantastic competitor, and eventually the two of us will both starve for bigger competition; the likes of Luke Hawx, Homicide, Caleb Conley, Michael Elgin, etc. That is next “tier” that we both want to ascend to. We both want to rise to that level, and to KNOW that we belong among the best. The question that Jessie needs to ask herself is, who wants it more? I guess we’ll have to wait until March 20th to find out. Just know that I have this figured out. The world will know when I defeat Jessie Brooks, and believe me I WILL defeat her by any means necessary.” - ‘The Unpredictable’ JGeorge

 Three events. Twenty-eight matches. Two World Champions. 2015 marked the arrival of a new force in independent wrestling. Emerging from the cracks and grates of the concrete jungle, New York City’s new frontier began on July 10th at ‘A New Hope’. It was at this event that ‘The Southern Stomper’ Luke Hawx overcame three opponents, ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey, ‘The Sicilian Psychopath’ Tommaso Ciampa, and ‘The Fresh Prince of Shaolin’ Rude Boy Riley, to become the first Tier 1 Champion. The competitive landscape in Tier 1 is designed to be wide open. Some of the best and brightest have parted our curtain, and having established names sprinkled into a pool of fresh, underexposed talents ensures that there’s a constant flow of opportunity for unique encounters. That brings us to the Six Way Elimination Fray series. The winners of these six Frays will advance to a seventh; The Final Fray. The winner of that match will receive a commemorative trophy, as well as a Tier 1 Championship opportunity. So far, three men have qualified. FEDERATED Brand Ambassador Mr. Martinez made his first talent acquisition at our debut event by ensuring victory for a brash and highly skilled young competitor by the name of VsK. On October 2nd at ‘Rumble in the Concrete Jungle’, ‘The Concrete Rose’ Sonny Kiss overcame the odds. Lastly, on December 4th at ‘Rise or Die Trying’, FEDERATED’s monstrous ace in the hole, Ace Romero, tilted the odds for his team’s chances in The Final Fray by dominating his five opponents. Three more competitors will join them in a match that will not only determine a worthy challenger to whoever the champion may be by that time, but set a new standard for chaos. At ‘Rumble in the Concrete Jungle’, the new # 1 Contender - Rude Boy Riley - confronted Luke Hawx; challenging him to a title match on the spot, but instead found himself on the receiving end of a brutal attack at the hands of a new alliance. The Bravado Brothers, who had made their successful debut earlier that night, joined forces with the champion to take out the hopeful challenger. Hawx and his new comrades closed the show in controversial fashion by draping a confederate flag over Riley’s unconscious body.  At ‘Rise or Die Trying’, Riley got his chance for retribution, and the Tier 1 Championship. The hometown hero fought tooth and nail, and reclaimed the title for New York City; becoming its only double World Champion in the process. We’ve seen the FIP World Heavyweight Championship defended on our turf, and had our stars travel to Florida and Ohio. Connecticut and Massachusetts are on deck. This isn’t just a New York City operation. Tier 1 is ready to change the wrestling world, and we’re getting the opportunity to do so thanks to our partnerships with WWNLive and Highspots.com. With seasoned veterans like Gran Akuma, independent heavy-hitters such as ‘All Ego’ Ethan Page and ‘The Obsession’ Caleb Konley, as well as future stars like Sonny Kiss, ‘The Carnivore’ Alex Mason, ‘Bonesaw’ Jessie Brooks, Travis ‘Flip’ Gordon, Space Monkey, ‘Wrestling’s Richest Prize’ Darius Carter, ‘The Elite Athlete’ Mike Orlando, ‘The Unpredictable’ JGeorge, and many more, not to mention the arrivals of ‘Unbreakable’ Michael Elgin and EVOLVE Champion Timothy Thatcher for their epic never-before-seen encounter at ‘March to Victory’, Tier 1 Wrestling is poised to explode in 2016. At ‘Rise or Die Trying’, Nutrious X crashed the NYWC Sportatorium and challenged ‘Wrestling’s Richest Prize’ Darius Carter, who had already made quick work of one opponent in the debut of his ‘Darius Carter Brass Ring Invitational’. Although ‘Certified Sexy’ definitely gave Carter a run for his money, he eventually became the victim of what’s now being referred to as the counter of the year. Check this out!

Our fourth event, ‘March To Victory’, is set to take place on Sunday March 20th. Where, you ask? To be perfectly honest, we’re not 100% sure yet, but we’re working hard to secure the right spot.
