Tigrosa helluo, wolf spider drinking water just before I rehoused them into a bigger, nicer enclosure. WC specimen found in my kitchen, not sure if they’re male or female.

Wild-caught wolf spider, Tigrosa helluo, next to their new enclosure-- no, the condiment cup was not their original enclosure, just a catch cup. Under that piece of cork bark is a little cave for them to retreat into if they desire, or to use as a starter burrow. So far they haven’t utilized it.

Tigrosa helluo, wild-caught wolf spider found in my kitchen! They’ve molted once for me already and are readily eating and drinking. I’m hoping it’s a female.
