“Satya wait, listen I’m-”

Olivia’s words died on her lips, not quite sure how to word what she needed to that could possibly save a man’s life or end it.

“I’m an outsider and I know that, I don’t have a say in how you do things.”

Satya tilted her head slightly at this but remained quiet. “Just...I don’t know, I’ve been all over the world and seen what religion and belief does to people. The dedication of a god that they never get to see but feel by their own faith. I don’t understand it myself but- “ Olivia sighed, taking a step forward, forcing herself to look up at the snake goddess in all her glory as she started down with curiosity.

“I guess what I’m trying to say is, you’re real and you’re here with power and people who love and adore you, literally worship you. I haven’t met any other who could say that their god has any of that.”

Satya remained quiet at first, seeming to mull over her words for a moment before nodding.
