i should note that i have a very strong love for angst. (one of the reasons why I have decided to seriously pursue the study of mythology)

i love how tragic he is, the way how he ended up, and the uncertainty that comes with the game's ending. i love how his injuries made it so he would forever observe and be unable to stop anything, especially because he COULD have but chose not to, so now his consequences bite him in the ass.

i love how he was forced to watch daisuke crawl out of the vents all bloody and concerned, knowing that anya was dead, that there was no saving her and no saving him. i love that he had to watch anya die, probably having felt responsible for her death. he did nothing to rescue her and therefore he had to both watch her suffer and suffer himself.

he had to listen to jimmy and Swansea argue, had to listen to the death of daisuke, had to watch everything go down, and in the end see of his his crew dead. he must've felt responsible, right? if not for survivor's guilt.

jimmy's a 'good man' and yet he has to watch his friend completely fuck up everybody's life and future. he hears jimmy shoot himself in the cryopod. he must feel guilty.

i also just like his character design, but whatever. let me know if I missed anything, I REALLY need people to talk abt this with bc all my friends aren't willing to be dragged into this with me :(
