i want to go back. i want to go back home. i want to go back. but i say this, crying, sitting in the basket of the bike, looking up, wanting to be held, and they pedal, they pedal with everything they have, away, away from home, and i cant see it from here but our house is up in flames. there isn’t a home to go back to. they dont look, they just bike as hard as they can and there’s no air left in the lungs, they cant breathe and theyre crying, and they pedal harder still. we cant go home.
