This was an Amazing SYFF (Scottish Youth Film Festival), the best and biggest in the 9 years the festival has been running. The festival has never had so many attendees, films submitted and workshops.

I have been attending the festival since it had to be held online in 2020. Last year the festival was brought to Dumfries and it was my first time working at a film festival. It was also my first time hosting an onstage interview.

This year I travelled up to Perth to help with the festival. Being in a passionate creative people is amazing. It was great to be part of inspiring Scottish youth to make more films and be creative.

If you are Scottish and under 19 I really recommend attending SYFF and entering a film into the festival. It's a really fun and inspiring festival where you'll get to meet lots of likeminded people . SYFF has so many interesting workshops ran by filmmakers from lots of different parts of the industry.
