Hey everyone! Kenna here! Sorry that our blog has been dead forever, but Evie is currently away at college so we haven’t been playing swtor together 😭😭😭 but she’ll be back in May, so we’ll be back in business soon!

Random Moment To Thank Somepeeps
Major shoutout to the SWTOR support team for fixing my issue! :D I haven't posted anything about it at all so people may be wondering what I'm coming from here, but for some context here we go: I was a derp and forgot to log out of my toon Korinea outside of a stronghold prior to the patch that came out on I believe the 13th... After the patch I couldn't log into that toon specifically, for reasons unknown it just wouldn't let me, it got me stuck in a loading screen hell that was impossible to get out of and I was very distressed for the past few days over it. Sending in tickets didn't particularly help, not because the ticket system sucks, but rather something I realized today: New major expansion came, lotta other shits goin' down, tickets probably flyin' in like AOE attacks on a group of weak mobs. So what did I do? I actually /called/ the support team. The support team through the phone service (and once through the aforementioned ticket system) have always been helpful to me, like, insanely helpful, they are probably the best support team for any game I've ever played. They asked for some simple info, asked for a confirmation code that cane via email, and bam all I had to do was log in to make sure Kori was fixed, and lo and behold she infact was!!!! So again, shoutout to the support team for bein' there when I was down in the dirt, love those folks!
