Second month of crossfit completed, feeling great about it! Made 3 new personal records in the last week and feeling stronger everyday. One thing I have learned is to be patient with oneself, it's easy to let frustration take over. There are good days and there are bad days at the gym, you just have to show up and do your best. That's all you can do! Anyways that's my little update :)
