A Playful Christmas at Fazbear's
William and Henry are busy trying to set up the Christmas decorations at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. The boys get a little silly while decorating, which leads to an unusual and...surprisingly wholesome confession from Henry.
It's almost Christmas! WOO HOO! For anyone wondering, Yes! I did watch the FNAF 2 movie, and I LOVED IT! Dusk (my bf) can confirm I was literally stimming on the way to the theater, squealing in my seat during the movie, and wouldn't shut up about the movie on the bus ride home. The callbacks to the games and the memes were ENDLESS! And getting to see the stories previously shown in pixelated form, FINALLY getting brought to life THROUGH THE MOVIE?! It was like I walked into a candy shop and got an insane sugar rush! I just could not be contained (Much to Dusk's amusement...)!
This fanfiction takes place in the FNAF Movie universe, long before Charlotte's death. So when you're reading it, imagine Matthew Lillard and Skeet Ulrich messing around in the first pizzeria. It'll make things more fun for you, as it did for me. I hope you all enjoy, and MERRY CHRISTMAS ONE AND ALL!!!
Henry and William had been busy almost all day, trying to put up Christmas decorations around the main room of Freddy Fazbearâs Pizzeria. William had been hanging up the lights against the wall, and around the front stage where the animatronics usually performed. Meanwhile, Henry was putting up the christmas tree and wrapping tinsel around it.Â
âHey Will?â Henry spoke up.Â
âHold on-â William climbed down the ladder and looked at him. âYeah?âÂ
Henry handed him one side of the tinsel. âCan you throw this up with me?â Henry asked.Â
William raised an eyebrow with a smirk. âThrow it upâŠLike rope?â He asked.Â
âYeah.â Henry held onto the other side. âIf we gave it some extra motion, we might be able to get it higher.â He explained.Â
William rolled his eyes with a laugh. âI could just grab the ladder, you know.â Will reminded him.Â
âWell yeah, butâŠThis is more fun.â Henry admitted.Â
William sighed and readied his arm. âFine.â He looked up at the tree. âOneâŠTwoâŠâÂ
âThree!â Henry and William threw the tinsel up to a tree branch, and watched as it miraculously landed on one of the high branches. The rest of the tinsel dangled down like a looping rope, leaving William with the rest of the tinsel.Â
âWowâŠâ William looked down at the tinsel, and smiled. âIâm surprised that worked!â He reacted.Â
Henry smirked and nudged his friend. âNow why would you doubt me?â He asked.Â
William rolled his eyes and threw some more of the tinsel onto the tree. The tinsel landed on a slightly shorter branch, but still worked itself inside the branch enough to keep it secure. William smiled a little brighter and handed Henry another piece of the tinsel. âCare to help with the rest, tinsel master?â He asked. Henry laughed a little bit and grabbed the tinsel. âOkay.â He readied his hand. âOneâŠTwo-âÂ
âWhoa whoa-â William adjusted himself more. âGive me a minute to get ready first!â He reacted.Â
âOh come on, I thought you were ready!â Henry reacted.Â
âDid I look ready?!â William asked.Â
âYeah!â Henry responded.Â
William chuckled and adjusted himself one more time. âAlright, Iâm ready.âÂ
âOkay. OneâŠTwoâŠThree!â Henry threw it up alongside William, and watched as the tinsel clipped slightly onto a tiny branchâŠonly to fall down. âFuckâŠâ He muttered.
âOne more time?â Will asked.Â
Henry snickered. âWhat happened to Mr. âGrab the latterâ Afton?â Henry asked.Â
âOh, easy.â William fixed his hair and adjusted his arm. âYou became a genius.â He responded. âOn three.â William spoke up.Â
âOneâŠâ Henry started.Â
âTwoâŠâ William said next. âThree!â Henry yelled before throwing it up. William threw it up at the same time, allowing the tinsel to soar up to a branch. The tinsel landed onto a secure branch, allowing the rest of the tinsel to loop like the first one.Â
âPerfect!â William declared.Â
âYou got into this quick.â Henry said with a smirk. âSo what if I did?â Will asked.Â
Henry put his hands up in defense. âNothing, justâŠIâm enjoying the moment.âÂ
William smiled at him for a few moments, before looking down at his watch. âOkay. About 3 more hours until we gotta head home. Think we can get this humongous tree done before then?â He asked.Â
Henry raised an eyebrow. âDepends on how fast you can put up the rest of the Christmas lights.â He mentioned.Â
âWhat do you mean? I have them-â William started looking around the room, and quickly noticed only half the job was done. â...Oh. Right.â William cleared his throat and fixed his glasses. âIâll get to it.â He responded.Â
Henry chuckled and walked up to a box. âGood.â He opened the box and rummaged around in it for a moment. âThink fast:â Henry threw something at him, landing it right onto Willâs face.Â
William grunted and took the red thing off his face. âWhat the hell, dude?â He looked down at the piece of cloth with white faux fur. It was a christmas hatâŠA rather old one, at that.Â
âWhat? Not feeling festive enough?â Henry teased.Â
William rolled his eyes and put it onto his head. âDidnât know feeling festive meant hauling shit at people.â Will mentioned, adjusting the hat. As he pulled the back of the hat towards his neck, he felt something rip off the fabric. He brought his hand forward, raising an eyebrow at the clump of fake fur in his hand. âWhere did you get this? Itâs old as shit.â William asked.Â
âMy grandma donated a bunch of Christmas decorations. I tried to tell her the hats were rubbish, but she insisted they were âJust fiiiine!â.â Henryâs voice changed to a traditional Grandma voice when quoting her.Â
William wheezed and bursted out laughing. âIâm sorry, your Grandma?!â William cackled. âLet me guess, let me guess: She made it while your Grandpa was fighting in the battle of Narvik.â He joked.Â
Henry raised his eyebrows. Did he seriously just make that joke?! âI-â He paused for a moment. âSo what if she did?! At least my grandpa didnât try to be buddy-buddy with Germany, of all places.â Henry shot back.Â
âAt least my ancestors actually won their battle.â William teased.Â
Henry sighed and shook his head. âYouâre a dick, you know that?â Henry muttered aloud.Â
âYeah, I knowâŠâ William chuckled.Â
âYou could stand to lose the attitude before the dayâs over.â Henry warned him as he grabbed some ornaments.Â
Will paused. âAnd you could stand to lose the grumpiness, Mr. Grinch.â William shot back with a smirk as he picked up more lights. âRight back at ya, Mr. Scrooge.â Henry shot back.Â
William chuckled and put on his best Mr. Scrooge impression. âBaH hUmBuG!â He said in a growly voice. âThe story would be so much different if I was Scrooge.â William joked.Â
âYeah. forget the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future.â Henry mentioned. âYouâd have the Ghosts of Christmas Pest, Christmas Coal, and Christmas Failure.â Henry muttered.Â
William turned to him with shock. âJeeesus, Henry! Who ruined your Christmas last night?!â Henry asked.Â
âHmmmmâŠâ Henry smirked as he put more ornaments onto the tree. âI wonderâŠâ He kept saying. He reached his arms high, to try and hang more ornaments.Â
âŠOnly for Henry to feel something poke his side. Henry yelped and pulled his arms down, dropping the ornaments in the process.Â
âWhoops!â Someone caught the falling ornaments and chuckled, waving them towards him. âMy bad! I forgot how ticklish you are!â William reacted, clearly faking his sympathetic tone.Â
Henry rolled his eyes and crossed his arms. âWas that really necessary?â He asked.Â
âI mean, you did call me Scrooge.â William mentioned.Â
Henry chuckled. âLast I checked, Scrooge doesnât tickle people.â Henry tried to take the ornaments.Â
âNoooâŠâ William put them back into the decoration box. âBut last I checked, he does get his Christmas spirit back.â William teased, before poking his side.Â
âWill, donât!â Henry warned. âIâm working.âÂ
âOh, NOW look whoâs being a grumpy olâ scrooge?â William teased.Â
âAre you even done hanging the li-â Henry looked around, and widened his eyes as he saw the lights hung up perfectly around the pizzeria. Theyâd only been working for 10 minutes! And Willâs already done?! âHow in the hell did-âÂ
âBoop!â William poked his side again.Â
âaAH-!â Henry grabbed his sides and glared at Will, who was now laughing at him. âWhy?!âÂ
âCause itâs funny!â William reacted.Â
âQuit being a dick!â Henry yelled at him.Â
Will slowly walked closer to his friend. âIâll quit being a dickâŠâ He stood 2 feet away from Henryâs face. âThe moment YOUâŠâ He grabbed his shoulder. â-Stop being a grouch.â He scratched his fingers against his upper ribs.Â
Henry wheezed and doubled over, clenching his arm against his sides. âDuhude stop!â Henry tried to push him awayâŠBut William only took advantage of it and tickled both his lower sides. âAahaHAHA!â He jumped and backed up slightly. âSsstahap- Wihihill stahap!â It had only been a few seconds, and Henry was already struggling to stay on his feet.Â
âAre you done being a grumpy olâ grouch now?â Will asked him.Â
Henryâs body veered to the left to try and get out of his grip. âHehehe- Yehes! Yehehes!â Henry responded.
âGood.â William smiled and brought his arms back.Â
Henry took in a few breaths and cleared his throat before staring at Will. âWhy tickling, of all things?âÂ
Will chuckled. âCause it works!â He responded.Â
âYeahâŠâ He adjusted his shirt. âA little too well.âÂ
âToo well?â Will raised an eyebrow with a smirk. âWhatâs âtoo wellâ supposed to mean?â He asked.Â
Henry sighed and walked to the box. âYou know what I mean.âÂ
William chuckled and walked to the decoration box as well. âCare to explain?â He asked, pulling out a couple ornaments.Â
Henry grabbed some ornaments and put them onto the tree. âI donât think I really need to.â He admitted.Â
âWell, maybe notâŠâ Will put up a couple ornaments. âBut maybe I want you to?âÂ
Henry sighed and grabbed more ornaments. âLetâs just sayâŠItâs kinda funny seeing how childish you can get.â He admitted with a small smile.Â
William blinked with surprise for a momentâŠBefore looking at Henry. âReally?âÂ
âYeah. You almost never get childish or playful, unless itâs in front of your kids.â Henry admitted. âYour kids talk about it all the time.â He admitted.Â
William raised his eyebrows. âIâŠâ He stared at him. âWait wait waitâŠâ William crossed his hands with a shocked smirk. âAre youâŠjealous?â He asked.Â
âJealous? Or your kids?! No! Iâm glad youâre playful with your kids!â Henry tried to explain. âBut sometimesâŠâ Henry chuckled and scratched the back of his head. âYouâre too serious around me.âÂ
William snorted and chuckled. âSerious?â He clarified.Â
âWell, yeah.â Henry admitted. âYou rarely let loose.âÂ
Williamâs smirk was slowly building, the longer Henry tried to explain himself. âUh huhâŠâ He sing-songed.Â
âYouâre always acting mature and serious around me, only really cracking jokes.â Henry admitted.Â
William snickered quietly as he let Henry dig his own grave further down.Â
âWhich- I like the jokes, they are really funny. ButâŠâ Henry tried to think of what else to say. âUhhhâŠâÂ
âYou want meâŠto be more playful?â William tried to sum up his words.Â
âWellâŠOnly if you want to, like Iâm not gonna make you do anything you donât wantâŠmostly cause itâll come off as forced and awkward if you do thatâŠâ Henry was still trying to beat around the bush. âBut I mean-â Henry paused for a moment and covered his eyes with his hands. âI donât knowâŠI like when youâre playful, and I want to-â Henry squealed and jumped as he felt two pairs of fingers against his sides.Â
âSorry, what was that?â Will declared as he dug his fingers into his side. âCouldnât hear that last part. Could you repeat it for me?â He asked playfully.Â
âaAHAhahaha! Ihihi sahahaid- Ihihi wahahant to seehee it mohohohore-â He gasped and arched his back. âaAHA! NO-DON-DON-DON- WIHIHILL DOHOHOHONâT!âÂ
âOh, Iâm sorry! Were you talking?â Will teased. âMy sincerest apologies!â Will moved his fingers up to his ribs. âPleeease continue.âÂ
âIHIHIHI- IHIHI CAHAHANâT!â Henry could feel his knees buckling under him. âIHIâMGONNAFAHALL-âÂ
William grunted as he caught his friend. âI gotcha.â Will spoke up. He gently laid Henry down to the ground and made sure he was okay. âYou alright?âÂ
âHehehe- Ihiâm fine.â Henry reassured him. âIâm good, donât worry abohOHOHOHOUT IHIHIT!â Henry wheezed and squealed, kicking his legs slightly. âGoood, gooood.â He chuckled as his fingers slowly trailed up to his armpits.Â
âHAHAhahaha! Hahahaha-â He snorted and squeaked, shaking his head. âYohohohouâre bruhuhutahahal!â Henry reacted.Â
William wheezed. âWhahat?!â He dug his nimble fingers into the spaces between the higher ribs. âThe hell do you mean âbrutalâ?!â William started poking his fingers between the third and fourth spaces of his ribs. âIsnât this what you wanted?â Will asked.Â
âYEHEHEHES!â Henry yelled, rolling onto his left.Â
âThen what are you even complaining about?!â Will asked.Â
âHAhaha-â He wheezed and somehow managed to curl himself up more. âKKkkkhahahahaha!â He laughed, kicking his feet slightly.Â
âOho, oh wait-â William pulled Henry onto his back and moved his hand up to his head. âWere you not expecting this, or something?â William asked him.Â
âIhihi dohonât know whahat- WAHAHAIT- FAHACK!â Henryâs voice managed to go up a whole octave as he reached back for his neck. âEEEHEEHEEK! NAT THEHERE! PLEEEHEEHEEHEEASE!â Henry snorted.Â
William chuckled and went for his armpit with his other hand.Â
Henryâs hands immediately fell down as he tried to cover up his armpits. âNAHAHAHA! YOU DIHIHIHICK!â He shouted.Â
âOhoho! Iâm a dick now?!â William reacted. âLast I checked, you were all like âYoUârE tOo SeRiOuS! YoUârE nEvEr ChILdIsH aRoUnD mE!ââ William used a silly high voice to represent Henry. âBut now youâre calling me a dick for being childish! Make up your mind, dude!â William reacted.Â
Henry was too busy snorting and laughing quite high-pitched to properly answer.Â
âWhat? Did you have a moment of regret?â William asked, starting to laugh at himself. âDid you really think Iâd just drop it?! Iâve wanted to be playful with you for ages now! But I was too nervous, because of how serious YOU are!â William admitted.Â
Henry was still squealing and giggling, kicking his feet somewhat wildly by this point. âWIHIHIHILL PLEEEHEHEHEHEEEASE!â He started begging.Â
Will chuckled and stopped tickling him. âAlright, alright. There you go. You can breathe now.â He told him.Â
Henry took in several breaths and rubbed the back of his neck. Giggles would sometimes come out as he tried to breathe, rendering his breathing somewhat useless.Â
William was staring at Henry as he tried to recover. âIs that what you wanted?â He asked. âOr was that a little too much for Mr. Giggles over here?â He asked next.Â
William was expecting a half-ass comment or a couple more giggles from his friend. If anything, he wasnât expecting much of a response at all! Henry was still trying to make up for the loss of oxygen during the tickle fight.Â
But what he did NOT expectâŠWas to be pulled down to the ground by him.Â
âLihisten here, Will.â Henry warned him. âYouâre playful as shitâŠIâll give you that.â He told him. âBut donât think for a secondâŠthat youâre getting out of this without getting anything back.â He warned.Â
William smirked and crossed his arms. âAlright, fine. Try me.â He responded.Â
âGladly.â Henry declared. Eager to get him cackling, Henry immediately went for his hips, catching William off guard.Â
âWahait- WHAHAHAT?!â William wheezed and snorted, cackling almost immediately. âFUHUHUCK! HOHOHOW-âÂ
âOh right: How did I know?â Henry asked. âWellâŠLetâs just say, Michael sucks at keeping secrets.â Henry declared.Â
âSHIHIHIHIT!â Williamâs confidence had been thrown right out the window the moment Michael was mentioned. Dammit! Why did Michael have to sell him out like that?!Â
In spite of the silly banter and tickle fights, Henry and Will DID end up getting the place decorated. ButâŠthey did have to stay an extra half an hour later than they expectedâŠ
