If you had a perfect life, what would it be like?
Wow. Pulling out the big guns early. Ok, well. I'm 27. In my perfect life by now I'd have an adorable cottage house, a pet corgi named 'Kiwi' and a few good novels written under my belt. I've never had any interest in having children, but I wouldn't mind a companion to share some adventures with.
If we met someday, what would you like to do?
OMG Hanna. We'll spend a good amount of time drinking tea and playing the "Favorites Game." What is the favorites game, you ask? Well, it's a game my sisters and I invented on a boring car ride once. You pick a category, like movie or books, then everyone tells their favorite. And that's it. The weirder the categories you can think of, the funner it is. Then we could eat delicious food and watch episodes of Sherlock and Supernatural and try to create elaborate scenarios that could bring about Superlock.
Who best embodies your ideal man/woman, and why?
Hmm. It's pretty obvious that there's a LOT about Benedict Cumberbatch I like. He's modest, incredibly talented, and so fucking attractive. From what I've seen in interviews Benedict's also intelligent and kind. After seeing him in Fortysomething and all the new interviews he seems like he's got a great sense of humor, which is so ridiculously hot, so... yeah. Benedict. Hands down.
Who are your favorite artists/bands or songs.
Queen, BareNaked Ladies, Foo Fighters, The White Stripes, Modest Mouse, Jason Mraz, Fun. I'm more of a rock kinda girl.
What are your favorite books?
Whelp, I've read "The Princess Bride" around twenty times now. I love The Dark Tower series, the Harry Potter books, Incarnations of Immortality, and of course Sherlock Holmes. I've just recently started reading all of John Green's novels as well. They're splendid.
What is an interesting random fact about you?
Well, I had epilepsy as a child. I also went through a weird phase where I ate dirt as a kid as well. Yeah, my childhood was interesting.
What is your favorite headcannon?
Rupert Graves is good at football and has five children.
If you could have any url, what would it be?
I like my current url. I use 'tishy19' for almost every website I've ever joined. I like the idea that if you see one 'tishy19' on one website, then find another somewhere else, it's a high probability that both are me. 'A-Cumberbatch-of-Cookies' does let you know instantly about my fondness for both Bennybatch and cookies.
What was your first impression of me?
Oh dear. Well, like I do with everyone on the internet, I automatically assumed you were 12. IDK why I do that, it just happens. But then I read back through your posts and realized we had WAAAY too much in common for us not to be tumblr besties.
How has tumblr changed your life?
Well, before tumblr if I got into a certain movie or tv series, I was stuck with my crazy thoughts to myself. I'd try to get my friends or sisters into it too so I would have someone to talk to, but now I can share my fandoms with my sisters/friends but I don't have to depend on them for companions! You guys are like a second fandom family for me, and I loves ya all bunches!
Describe yourself in as much detail as possible.
As much detail as possible? This feels kinda stalkery, lol. Again, I'm 27, short (about 5'3"), chubby but working on losing weight. I have short cropped hair, brunette and hazel eyes. I'm incredibly loud in real life. I talk fast and often misspeak, but I don't mind it too much because it's always good for a laugh. I have three sisters who mean more to me then really anything else in the world. I have a small group of friends that I do everything with. I try to listen to everyone, but have a really hard time vocalizing anything of substance about myself. This is something I'm currently going to a psychiatrist to remedy. Recently I've been going through a rough time, my very own quarter-life crisis. I don't know what's to be done about it, but I'm hoping to figure things out soon.
1.What’s your favourite talent that you possess?
I love to create. MY favorite instrument is just a piece of paper and a pencil. I have a deviantart account that you can check out, though I haven't added much to it. I'm more of a 'see-it, draw-it' kinda artist. I really need to work on getting the images in my mind to transfer through a pencil, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that.
2.If you had to choose between being locked in a room for two weeks with the person you hate the most, or for a year by yourself, which would you choose?
I agree with Hanna, two weeks with someone I hate, definitely. A whole year alone would be so psychologically traumatizing that I don't think anyone could stand that. Besides, after two weeks together, maybe I wouldn't hate them so much.
3.What’s your favourite fandom (It can be due to the people in it, or what it’s about, and yeah you have to pick just one)
I'm going to have to go with the Sherlock fandom. There are other fandoms out there that I've been in longer or possibly more vocal during my participation, but, man, the Sherlock fandom is just so nice and creative. Plus, I've basically made all my friends on here through it, so that's pretty brilliant.
4.What’s your worst nightmare/biggest fear.
As a legitimate fear, I'm terrified of ostriches. I don't know what it is about them, but they freak me out. Those long necks and giant bills and scary legs. Yeah, no thank you. I have a really weird fear of tripping as well. Like, just a regular trip; one foot getting caught on the other. IDK. I'm kinda crazy.
5.What would be your perfect date? (No, it is not April 25th)
A night in, actually. Me cooking dinner or the guy. Watch a movie or play a game. I'm not one for going out to fancy restaurants or pubs. I'd much rather be comfy on a couch watching Doctor Who or MST3K.
6.Would you do a slow-mo run and hug towards me in the middle of a crowded airport?
Oh you betcha! I've actually never done this before! Everytime I pick someone up from the airport I've had to wait in the car!
7. If you were offered the chance to spend the rest of your life with your celebrity crush, would you take it?
I'm really having a hard time seeing a downside to this. Me and Benedict 5eva? Yes please.
8.Do you like little kids, or do they annoy you?
I'm not a kid person, and they all seem to know this. Kids flock to me and I don't understand it. Which annoys me even more.
9. Favourite artist? Favourite piece (Not neccisarly by that artist)
Are we talking music or paint? Alphonse Mucha has a special place in my heart, along with Salvador Dali. The stranger, the better in my opinion. As for my favorite piece, I have a poster of this piece above my bed:
10.Do you have any trophies or ribbons? If so what from?
Pssh. No. Well, maybe. Possibly a Participation ribbon from elementary school. I'm not big on competition. I like games but couldn't care less about winning.
11.What’s your favourite animal? Why?
Octopus. This is my back:
Why? Well, there's just something eerily beautiful about them. They're incredibly smart and inquisitive. I've always loved them.
Hanna's questions:
1) Birthday?
27 November, 1984
2) A movie you would want me to watch. Why?
I definitely recommend "The Fall". It's just a gorgeous movie and the visuals will take your breath away. If you're willing to take the time to find it, you can watch my favorite animated movie from my childhood: "The Flight of Dragons."
3) Favourite book(s).
Well, I already mentioned my love of "The Princess Bride." Also, every October I read "The Halloween Tree" by Ray Bradbury. Lovely book. A nice introduction to some of the legals behind Halloween. Also "Animal Farm" will always hold a special place in my heart.
4) Some common opinion (about anything) you disagree with.
That I disagree with? Hmm. Well, I'm definitely not a fan of a lot of the current legislation against women that's been taking place in the states recently. The more and more I hear that's being passed, the more I begin to feel like just some kind of baby-factory that shouldn't get any kind of rights or even a voice.
5) What would you do if I would visit you? (I know everyone is asking this but I really wanna know. And I’m uncreative as shit.)
You wanna come to Toledo?! Well, we do have a fantastic museum that I would totally drag you to, sorry! Then we're known for this great hot dog place called "Tony Packo's" that I would so make you try. Then we'd pile up on the couch, get all warm and snugly and watch whatever your little heart desired.
6) Favourite drink.
Water. I know, I'm boring. I can't help it. While all my sisters drank soda as kids, I stuck with water. It's clear, delicious and won't stain your clothes.
7) Last holiday you went on.
Pssh. I'm American. I'm lucky if I can get any time off work. I think a few months back we took a day trip to Canada, and that's about it.
8) Countrys you’ve visited.
See previous answer.
9) Celebrities you’ve met (National ones do count) Most want to meet.
If you're talking a handshake and possible audible conversations, none. I went to a screening of "My Name is Bruce" and got to listen to Bruce Campbell during a Q&A and that's about it. Again, no one is willing to come to Ohio. That's just how lame we are.
10) Thought’s about me. Good and bad ones (I wanna know this too) When you first “met” me and now.
Lol. I'm sticking with what I said earlier. Hanna you've really impressed me with how mature you are during our conversations. You're incredibly sweet but spunky, lol. Both good qualities to hang on to as you grow.
11) One thing in your room that means alot to you.
I don't really get hung up on possessions. I have a few framed photos that are nice, but nothing that if destroyed would cause me pain. Things are too easily lost to grow too attached to.
Earliest childhood memory.
What was the last movie you saw in theaters?
Have you ever thought about writing a book?
Do you know how to play chess?
What's the scariest movie you've ever seen?
What's your go-to karaoke song?
What character from a book would you like to be? From a movie? From the telly?
What's your favorite meal?
Pick a fandom and select one character you'd like to be killed off - PERMANENTLY.
