🕰️ Hasta:

I find this sign in Venus/Mars to be very awkward when they’re trying to display acts of affection. Eg. the way they “hug” or overly going moments where they try spending time with you out of love feel very weird. This is, of course, not out of intention, and it resides in the sign of Virgo, which is debilitated in Venus. 

Tendency to act very nonchalant/aloof even if they truly feel the opposite about someone. Could be something like pretending to act like they forgot someone’s name. 

☄️ Krittika:

Fuck. This placement downplays so much of their own emotions even if they were done dirty. Krittikas love being blunt, honest, and love to see both sides of a situation, but that comes with the cost of absolutely loathing to play the victim even if they literally are. Due to this tendency of theirs, a lot of people think they are as strong as iron and seem to overlook their misery. 

At its worst, they will keep making excuses for people they love and think they can “handle” it until one day comes and they blow up like a grenade. 

I have a very love-hate relationship with this being my moon sign, LMFAO.

🦭 Revati:

If your partner has a Revati Venus, you better hold on to them. I don’t care if Venus is in Libra; if there is anyone who truly knows how to nurture for someone and yearn for their partner, it is this placement. Also, an amazing placement for mothers, if not afflicted or has a negative lord. 

My mom has this placement, and I am truly blessed in life to have her. 

📖 Shravana:

Very rigid thinking style and unable to truly ever think or form an opinion outside the box. I was having a conversation about politics with a man who has this as his Mercury, and he truly was arguing in the most basic textbook way about certain issues. Like, alright bro, I get that Texas is a red state and there is nothing to fucking do here, but do you know why people even move here??? Not everyone has the luxury of fucking renting a 3 grand 20 sq. feet room (Sorry I’m rambling byeee).

Even if they are on the right side for most things, it might seem like they were “programmed” to be nice. I don’t think this placement can truly put themselves in other people’s shoes, but of course, the entire chart matters. 

🌷 Mostly sidereal Libra and maybe some sidereal Virgo placements:

Please learn to formulate your own opinion. It is okay to not agree with everyone for fucking once. Once you realize none of these hoes care even a tad bit about you, maybe this effort of people-pleasing can be used in something more  constructive, like a job.

Sidereal Libra Mercury placements truly know the way to someone’s heart. They know how to make a person feel validated, known, and feel loved. If there is one placement you should take to meet your parents, this one truly takes the cake. Their charm needs to be studied. Great for short-term relationships, bad for long-term because the walls will eventually crack and it won’t be so pretty anymore.

And then you get Saturnians who are late to the party. These ones are barely active, yet everyone still wants to know what they’re up to. We’re less likely to get fatigue from their online presence, unless there’s some 10th house influence. Even so, very private but also popular.

Honorable mentions: Mercurial Nakshatras. It’s pretty self-explanatory why they’d be popular online.

Ashlesha, jyeshtha, revati

Part 13

Uttara Phalgunis are one of the most self-aware people, when it comes to both personal or intrapersonal qualities. In my opinion, they're generally the most self-aware nakshatra. Maybe it's the double Sun rulership, maybe it's the Sun-Mercury combination, maybe it's the attributes of its ruling deity Aryaman (companion god yet Solar by nature_ both centered in himself and generous/giving, seeking alliances). Either way, when I observed them in practice, they have, in my opinion, the healthiest self-awareness among nakshatras. This applies to any gender btw.

Buffalo Yonis (Swati and Hasta) might have a very emotionless demeanor. Often it's just their natural state but I have also noticed a (possibly subconcious) repression of any kind of emotional expression when they just sit inside these people, hidden under a surface that might think it's doing the right thing. I think some of them feel like emotions are "uncool" or innapropriate, maybe they themselves dislike behavior that's too expressive, so they try to act neutral as often as possible.

In a negative expression, Rat Yonis might have a hypocritical tendency to demand respect but not give it back. It's also the case with other things_ they love special treatment. They might also believe that their preferences and opinions are generally faultless and might get agressive (or passive agressive) if someone disagrees. They might believe that their personal taste is objectively the best one and that what they like is automatically good and superior in every way. They might be blind to the notion that taste is personal or that theirs should not automatically be worshipped. In a positive expression, they understand the importance of personal integrity and feel peace while enjoying what they enjoy, not trying to influence others out of insecurity. Instead they encourage people around them to be centered and secure. Important to note that sometimes they might think they're secure and non-agressive, when in reality, they are not. This is more often the case with Magha_ a Ketu nakshatra, where the danger of ignorance is present, and since Ketu there is filtered through the Sun, their pride might prevent them from honest self-assesment.

It is a fool's errand to have a discussion with a lot of Magha and Mula natives and it might turn into an argument, or end up with the other person feeling like they're talking to a wall. Ketu nakshatras in general have a tendency to dismiss and ignore anything that threatens their existing understanding, to talk over people and to abruptly leave/end conversations, but I've seen this play out differently among Ashwinis. With them, it's more of a case of a scattered attention, but they definitely can wilfully ignore you. It's just that Magha and Mula do it way more often. Feel free to disagree with me on this but this is based on my experience with them and other people's personal experiences with them too.

Anuradhas can be very restrained in social situations. It's as if they avoid doing anything that might be questionable to anyone around them, and consequently only adopt extremely common/normal social habits. They are very stingy verbally and might have certain/secret ways of opening up. The negative side of this lunar mansion is conformity, following the herd headed towards the end of a cliff. They can also only appear that way, while having a secret/nuanced inner world, which I think is really common among them.

sun nakshatra (krittika, uttara phalguni, uttura ashadha) natives despiseeee being copied in any way, “imitation is the highest form of flattery” is not something they resonate with at all; individuality complex final boss

uttara phalguni and uttara bhadrapada natives hate being rushed; being forced to do things fast is one of their biggest pet peeves, they enjoy doing things to their own accord at their own pace 🧘‍♀️ getting overstimulated really easily is a core trait lol

chitra natives are so damn witty do not piss one off they will leave you gagged 😭 they have such a way with words

ardra natives can detach from situations and people pretty easily, they’ll usually have a crash out and be obsessed with it but after the “storm” has passed it’s like it never happened; I’ve noticed they cut people off very easily, the longevity of a bond doesn’t really matter to them if they’ve been wronged

also when ardra natives get angry or upset their eyes get so wide and big, always bulging out omfg it’s scary

mula natives are the complete opposite of this, for some reason I’m a magnet for mula’s and every single one I know has friendships that have lasted for yearssss, they will not let go of people; extremely loyal but it definitely takes a long time for them to let you into their circle and consider you a friend

bharani men typically are raised in matriarchal households - raised by a single mother or their mom had more of an influence / impact on who they are as a person, I’ve also noticed they usually only have sisters

swati natives are very political with their interactions; very calculated with what is said and done, very obsessed with perception and how others see us, we’re fake asf sorry yall 💔

I will say though i’ve never met a rude or mean swati we’re generally very sweet and warm people… but fake nonetheless

pushya natives are extremely religious and spiritual, even if they aren’t inclined to such things they really do have a connection with some idea of a higher being or creator; all of the pushya women I know also dress very modesty

When I was a teenager, I had an intensely passionate relationship with a Swati Sun conjunct Mercury man. I'm in touch with this individual to this day, and the "high/drunk" in love feeling has never faded. He loved me so intensely that sometimes I'd worry about it; we often spoke about dying together and how we'd both kill for each other, etc. Maybe it's just two dramatic teenagers experiencing the euphoria of love for the very first time, but we're both in our late 20s now, and I've spent a period of time living with him, and I know how ...unhealthy we can be. We don't eat, we don't sleep, we don't live like functional adults; we're just riding the waves of love.

All of this is to say that I have been contemplating Swati energy for a while now. Especially this Swati desire to die/kill for love.

Swati nakshatra's deity is Vayu, who is the divine father of Lord Hanuman and Bhima, who are both known for their immense strength, boundless energy, capacity for flight or speed, and relentless rebellious spirit against constraints.

One of the symbols for Swati nakshatra is the sword, which signifies sharp intellect and the ability to cut through illusions.

The Yoni animal is a male buffalo. it embodies the core mythological themes of immense endurance, unyielding independence, and controlled raw power.

The symbolism represents a formidable beast of burden that operates on its own terms. Hasta's yoni animal is the female buffalo. If you have noticed men with these nakshatras, they often tend to have a bull-ish physique, in terms of naturally wide, broad shoulders, a big beefy disposition and a bulky frame. Even at their slimmest, they just look "big". And their sexual stamina is impressive, and they can genuinely fuck all night and last a long time. Their pure primitive physical power, endurance and strength are their defining traits.

In Vedic lore, the buffalo is the vahana (mount) of Yama, the god of justice and death. This ties Swati's yoni to themes of righteousness, absolute truth, law, and an unshakeable, relentless focus that cannot be easily swayed.

Unlike domesticated cattle, the buffalo is inherently wild and stubborn. This directly reflects Swati’s translation ("the independent one") and its ruling deity, Vayu (the wind). You cannot easily cage or domesticate the wind, much like the raw, untamed spirit of a buffalo.

The most famous buffalo demon in Hindu mythology is Mahishasura, who possessed such immense strength and ego that it took the combined energy of all gods (manifested as Goddess Durga) to subdue him. This highlights the Swati shadow side: if the buffalo's energy is unchanneled, it can turn into destructive stubbornness and ego.

D4vd- Swati Moon

Probably one of the most horrific high profile crimes we've heard of in recent times, the singer D4vd, started grooming his victim, Celeste, when she was 11 years old and began a sexual relationship with her when she was 13 and he was 18 years old. Idk wtf her parents were doing atp but yeah she's gone on several vacations with him etc during this period. And eventually, their relationship fell apart and allegedly she threatened to make their relationship public and ruin his career, which led to him murdering and mutilating her. She was 14 years old at the time of her death.

In 2022, he released a song called Romantic Homicide, which features lyrics like:

Sid Vicious- Swati Rising, (also Hasta Moon)

They had a very chaotic, drug-fuelled relationship, and Nancy was found stabbed to death in their hotel room. Sid died of a drug overdose when he was out on bail, so it was never legally proven whether he did it, although everything points to the fact that he did.

Now, from the years I spent watching Criminal Minds as a teenager, I know that the mode and type of weapon used in a crime reveals deep insights about criminal behaviour.

Stabbing someone to death (repeatedly stabbing) implies a strong premeditated motive to kill, high emotional intensity and severe personal grievance. If you just wanted them gone, you'd probably poison them or shoot them with a gun, repeatedly stabbing them, requires you to get messy and be involved in very close proximity, not everyone can do it without feeling queasy, so the kind of people who do commit crimes of this sort, are safe to say, fucked in the head and felt so intensely and strongly about their victim that they had to brutally get rid of them.

Oscar Pistorius- Mercury conjunct Venus in Swati

He murdered his gf by shooting her 4 times through a bathroom door, and I do not for a microsecond believe that he thought she was an "intruder" (this was his defence lol).

Text messages sent to him by her, a few weeks before her murder say:

 “scared of you sometimes and how u snap at me and of how you will react to me”.

Reeva Steenkamp (the deceased gf) felt “attacked”, she wrote, by the person she “deserved protection from.”
