I use the IBM Model M keyboard even at work and everybody around (open space) hates me because of its sound :)

I made my fair share of enemies with my Model M back in college, considering late night programming is unavoidable. However, my Unicomp 104 trackball doesn’t bother my coworkers, since each of them has their own specialty keyboard on their desk. They get it, so they don’t question the sound.

I think c128 80c mode works with standard cga monitors. I tried one from a PC-XT clone and it worked just fine.

Alright, I’ll believe that. Any chance you have compared the color palette of the standard CGA monitor to the Commodore-specific RGBi monitor?

$5 says the colors aren’t 1:1 between them. The next time my IBM 5153 is out of storage, I will hook it into my C128D and see for myself.
