#swap fae

Well the characters that are swapped in the original Swap AU will be the same.

Fae and Braun will swap, but less of a personality swap and more of a role swap. So Fae is the Brownie and Braun is the Human/Ghost.

I have made designs for both of them.

This is Spirit Swap Braun. (This art is kind of old but you get the picture)

Here is what Swap Braun's wings and soul would look like.

And this is Spirit Swap Fae.

So for this Fae and Braun, both still have the same soul traits and core personalities as in Spirit. What is different is that they experienced the other's past. Which changed how they behave drastically.

They have made appearances in the ask blog a couple of times. If you want to see them interacting with the others and such.

And as for the pig family: Hana would be the one in New Home with Ki and Ishi would be the one to blame himself and run off into Snowdin.

“Hmm,” Fae shrugs, “well, the thing is that I never took any classes on dancing. I remember asking to take a class, but it was always turned down for one reason or another. So I grew up just trying to imitate what I saw in shows and plays.

“So I’m sure she knows just as much as I do now.” 

Then suddenly!!

“AAH!” 

“I SAID BACK OFF!!” 

A couple of screams echoed through the void. The Swap Duo seems to have been right in the middle of something quite terrifying.

“Those are just scars I got when I was a kid. Animals get violent with me. Just another reason why people should stay away from me.” 

Fae sympathizes with Swap Braun, “Oh goodness, I’m so sorry you had to go through that. I know it’s hard.” 

“Don’t be. It’s not your fault everything goes wrong for me.” 

Swap Fae gives Swap Braun a bit of a nuzzle, “Oh you know that’s not true. I’m glad I met you~” 

Swap Braun gives an embarrassed grunt as response to that. 

“I just don’t want to hurt anyone. Before I met Fae I tried keep people away by acting tough. But I guess I’m a bad actor.” 

Swap Braun takes a moment to collect himself, “Those people didn’t deserve to get hurt. No one else does. That’s why people need to stay away from me.”

“Fae has been trying to prove me wrong by being my friend, but I’m not so sure yet.” 

“My name isn’t swap. It’s Braun.” 

“Papyrus… he’s pretty lazy. Except when he’s scared. When I first found out about my wings I ended up scaring him and he attacked me. 

“I try to stay away from him. His brother Sans… is loud.” 

“Oh really? For me it was Sans who threw me down and Papyrus is energetic,” Fae thinks a moment, “Ah! did they switch like Braun and me did? Interesting…” 

“No I think you were justified to treat me that way. It’s okay.”

“How was I supposed to know that? I’m still not saying it. Just call him Swap like before.” 

“Hey….” 

Swap Fae smiles even more, “I’m just having a lot of fun with my friend~”

“Hey I’m freakin’ PROUD of what I am! Brownies don’t get enough credit. That would be the only thing I would change about being a Brownie. People need to see how awesome we are!” 

“Proud, huh? You just sound loud to me.”

You are totally right you did specify it being swap Fae in your other ask. But for some reason, that part didn't make it to my brain until I looked at it again. So sorry.

To *actually* answer your question:

All versions of Fae and Braun meet in Waterfall during the echo flower incident. The interactions do vary. In Spirit Swap, Swap Braun was screaming, trying to get the echoes to stop. Swap Fae noticed how distressed he was and tried to help him. But instead of poking him with a needle, she would pat his face until he noticed her.
