definitely. not to mention, i believe in god, but i have friends who are gay/lesbian and it’s not as if it completely changes who i am. and telling someone they are wrong for thinking a certain way IS the same thing as people being close minded.

Same thing? Absolutely. That is being absolutely closed-minded. How can one be truly happy with the world if they can't accept the diversity and beauty in front of them? Having morals and values is a beautiful trait! I think people who stand behind their views on the world are magnificent, even if I don't agree with them.

I'm agnostic: I don't know if there is a higher power, and I don't particularly care, but I would like to believe there is. I just live my life instead of worrying about something like that. However, I am completely open to the religions and beliefs of others just as I hope they would be of mine. I had to deal with one of my old elementary schools being very prejudiced towards my family because my little brother is autistic and they felt he was "unnatural" and therefore had no program for him, and it's just made me hate people who are closed-minded.
