Awesome post and image from @irunfortheglory ! Thanks for the love! - Not the best #runningpic, but the best I could get today, given the circumstances, on our last morning here in #Puli #Taiwan. . Thought it would be smart to run along the higher-traffic roads, in order to avoid -- you know it -- THOSE DAMN DOGS, but somehow took a wrong turn somewhere, and I ended up on a highway, where THERE WERE STILL UNLEASHED DOGS barking and chasing targets that passed within proximity. . At one point, I was precariously balancing on the 3-ft-wide "shoulder," btwn the zooming flatbed trucks, trying to not fall into the ditch, and not-so-gracefully executing some Jason Bourne maneuvers, in order to get around them!!!🤸🏻♀️🤺🏃🏻♀️ . Ultimately still squeezed in a 4.25-miler at an avg 10:00min/mile pace, finishing the last mile around the Ailan Elementary School again. I'm embracing that as a run well-done. . Well, thanks for the exciting and adventurous running endeavors, Puli! Can't say I'm not looking forward to safer running conditions, but it's still been...fun, exploring the area!
