It was a girl hard at work building a snowman that presented a perfect shot now. At least at this point he’d properly learned to ask, even if his interest could still come off as odd. Long ago it hadn’t occurred to him that taking unexpected photos was a bad thing.

“Do you mind if I take a photo?” he called out to her. “You don’t need to pose for it.”

Asha thought she was getting the hang of this. In a bid to avoid the weird physical symptoms that had been plaguing her since her arrival, she’d gone wandering. She figured she’d find her way back eventually, but for now she was content. After all, this place was ripe for people-watching.

After passing a few people who were talking about something that seemed hilarious out of context, Asha spotted a girl who seemed to be about her age with dark hair and brown eyes. As long as the scientists allowed intermingling, she figured it was at least a good idea to make a few friends in her age range.

“Hey! Is that a--”

Coated in a thick layer of fresh slime with both hands balled carefully around the body of a squirming amphibian, Jade Harley was caught truly at her best. Was that her hair, or was that mud? You just couldn't tell.

     Despite her wild demeanor and being knee-deep within a pond, the girl offered a toothy, inviting smile towards a stranger who had - unfortunately - caught her in the act of frog wrangling. Slowly, she'd offer a frog out towards the other, the meager toad giving a hoarse croak.
