Not happy with this new shortbread recipe. It's okay, but I think I'll go back to my original recipe. The new recipe said Scottish family recipe. I then spent half an hour trying to find my authentic Scottish thistle cookie press and I couldn't find it. I discovered a lot of cooking/baking gadgets. Some have never been used.
