At a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, the Council considered a Resolution authorizing the Pacific Police Department to surplus a fire arm. Staff presentation made by LT. Massey. ( I have it on good word from a reliable source that this Action is above-board. It concerns recognition of a Police office who recently retired from the Department.)
