Oski XD Doski is basically four friends who used to jam together as teenagers back in the ’90s. We ended up drifting apart and moving to different states, but somehow, decades later, we found our way back to making music.

Since we’re all scattered now, we use BandLab to write and record. It’s obviously not the same as being in the same room, but it’s actually been a blast. We’ve realized you can still make something honest and weird even if you’re collaborating through a screen.

We want to encourage other people to get back into music-making in their middle age. If you used to be in a band but "life happened" and you think you’ve lost the time or the space to do it, consider this your sign to start again. It’s totally doable.

On top of the songs, we’ve been putting together these zero-budget videos using old photos, random public domain clips, and whatever footage we can find. They’re a little rough around the edges and they definitely aren't going viral, but we have a lot of fun making them, which is the whole point.
