On things that you are doing to yourself, if you drink coffee - make sure it’s the best coffee, if you’re going to have a glass of wine - make sure it’s the best wine, if you’re going to eat meat - make sure it’s the best meat. Instead of having fancy cars and watches and all that other stuff that really don’t enhance your life, what you put in your mouth that enhance your life!
