I wanted to start out with a little intro on me, I mean who am I to be blogging about motherhood? Well I go by the name of Kay and I am a stay at home mother to my two wonderful children. I have one of each my girl is the oldest and she is 4, my son is age 2. I am engaged but my daughter is not his biologically. Her dad is still involved and we currently share custody of her. I mostly wanted to start this blog to just feel a bit normal. I always feel as if my situation is not normal or ashamed to talk about how I’m not with her father; but the truth is that this situation is way more normal in today’s age then people acknowledge or talk about. I wanted to just start documenting my crazy complicated life so others know they’re not alone. Hint the name hot mess mama, so why not share my experiences. So let’s start this journey together!
