#supporting character

Supporting Character (SC) - A term for individuals that are between NPCs and Headmates.

Supporting Characters are individuals that are non-fronting and locked to specific areas, though, are still sentient and autonomous.

Supporting Characters may as well fill in places and/or roles much like NPCs, though still hold their own individuality.

Supporting Characters are not synonymous with NPC-flux due to SCs being stagnant in their identity unlike the implied fluidity with NPC-flux.

Honestly was bothering us there wasn't a proper midway term between headmate and npc, esp because we have so many of these individuals within our headspace that we actively have relations with.

This my OC, Jaaden Stewart, illustrated by cirenk (@cirenk)! To̅mi visits Jaaden to celebrate with her selling the Xesyn Sapphire to a museum in El Gouna, Egypt. Jaaden's great-grandfather, Alden Stewart, who fought against Barbary Pirates in the Barbary Wars took the Xesyn Sapphire as a trophy after beating her servant at the time, Captain Lalh. Later on, Alden, sensing the danger inherent in the jewel used iron to bezel the sapphire dampening its effects and influence. Jaaden who is unaware of the sapphire's history discovers it in storage and her family gives her their blessing to sell it to a museum to help provide for her monetary future. However, Captain Lalh has returned reanimated and empowered by Xesyn. Lalh seeks to recover the sapphire and summon Xesyn into our world, however, To̅mi and Jaaden won't let that happen.

Tsutsumi Kanon is a member of JamBAND, the band that tsurumaki maki is part of (little more about jamband on jul 11 post). kanon does not have a vb as far as im aware, but she is voiced by Himari in jamband products/ software. kanon is illustrated by Umetani Ataro. i assume kanon was introduced in 2010, as her 10th anniversary art was uploaded to the voiceroid fandom wiki in 2020 and i cant find anything else to go off of. kanon is the tallest of all the jamband members. her character birthday is nov 7. she sometimes says self-deprecating things. she is Tsutsumi Rizumu's younger sister.

Hi Anon,

In IFs, MC refers more to the player character rather than the main character. Though, in many projects, the two terms will be synonymous.

So, while the games below are follows the MC/Player Characters throughout the story, they may be considered as a supporting character.

sometimes i feel like I'm some sort of duff next to mine, like I'm less likable, pretty or smart, or i have a minor personality at school, and like my personality at school is basically being her best friend and commenting the thing she says and does

even though i accomplished a lot of stuff that she didn't (for lack of interest), that's not the stuff most people look at

I created this sort of persona inside my head that's outgoing, not afraid of being authentically herself and loud (that's mainly activated with playlists when I'm dancing alone in my room)
