Vitamin E is a wonder drug as it is both nutrient and antioxidant. NOW Foodsā Vitamin E-Oil contains a potent amount of 23,000 IU,Ā also known as tocopherol, and the oil in its purest form is extremely versatile!Ā
But guys, donāt worry, Iāll spare you all the jibby-jabbah-sugar coating infos one can possibly put to make this entry interesting.Ā
So, this is one of the gazillion things I personally use from SUPP+Ā under my so-called stack of Beauty-slash-Health Regimen. We are all aware of vitamin-e as being an antioxidant with the numerous ad supplements weāve probably seen on tv growing up but what does it really do?
E-oil is both Oral and Topical but I mainly use this as a supplement - that means oral.
So you must be wondering WHATāS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VITAMIN E-OIL AND A NATURAL SOURCE OF VITAMIN-E?
Okay, Iāll address this very vital question with so much technicalities because I like to be complex.. no.. not really, let me just google this one and provide you an easier in-depth info. Haha!

Lol. So going back to E-Oil, I take it directly along with my drink. Ā
For topical use, this has a really heavy and thick consistency and you can actually dilute it with other essential oils if you feel like using it as moisturizer and gently massage on desired area. For oral, take 8 drops daily, along with a meal, you have an option of taking the drops directly in your mouth.Ā Iām gonna tell you upfront, it smells and tastes fishy and itās disgusting. Disgusting as in I would throw up if I canāt slide it down my throat for the next 3 seconds as soon as the oil landed on my tongue. Ha. Iām not even kidding. This is the epitome ofĀ āTiis Gandaā pero mejo yucky talaga siya. Donāt say I didnāt warn you.
So much for honesty right there but yeah, thatās the reason why I put the droplets along with my drink and since the oil wonāt really blend with any liquid it will just float around till you chug down the last ounce of whateverās inside your glass.
A 1 fl.oz. bottle lasts me for 2-3 months depending on how obedient I am in taking it but for the price youāll be paying, youāll definitely be using it for a while.
